Social Security Trace
Social Security "traces" provide a history of the subject’s names and addresses. These searches are extremely powerful, effective, and revealing. They provide detailed information regarding the name and address histories associated with a particular applicant’s SSN, and can help indicate whether the SSN is likely accurate or not. Social Security traces are a good tool for locating addresses linked to the applicant that he or she may have purposely omitted from the application. This product can be used to determine which counties to conduct a Criminal Record Search.

Searches databases for individuals and companies that have sanctions, violations, enforcement actions, or warnings initiated by federal government departments including:

Criminal Record

Federal Criminal Record
This search includes criminal offenses usually investigated by the FBI, Secret Service, and other federal agencies.
National Criminal Record
A multijurisdictional search includes multi-state data from criminal records from state agencies such as County Courts, Department of Public Safety, Department of Corrections, and Administrative Office of Courts.
State Criminal Record
Every state holds repositories where records are maintained. This type of search looks at a single state for criminal records.
County Criminal Record
County criminal reports are narrowed down to the requested jurisdiction.
Civil Record
An employer should use this information where it is relevant to job duties and performance. Discover whether your applicant has sued former employers or has been sued for reasons that are relevant to employment.
Motor Vehicle Record
MVR reports state-wide driving records, including CDL for at least 3 years. MVR reports disclose driving privilege, restrictions, and current license status. It is advisable to screen MVRs for any position requiring driving, such as transportation of children or other program participants, delivery, or any use of company vehicles.
Sex Offender Registry
Sex Offender Registry will include data from state and national databases and court records. This search is vital for persons who have access to at-risk-populations such as children, the elderly, or the infirmed. Searches are also conducted on employees/contractors working inside of customers’ homes (ie. Installation/repair services). Performing a thorough background check on applicants helps reduce the risk of workplace violence and potential litigation.
Drug Screening
WORKFLOW, LLC provides mandated and non-mandated testing by SAMHSA certified labs along with MRO review. Drug screening policies may vary with industry (i.e. Transportation) or job category. Some companies employ drug testing prior to employment, where there is reasonable suspicion, post-accident, random, periodic, or return-to-duty. Confirms whether an applicant has the required credentials or licenses for the position. Verifies current status of license, dates issued, and state licensing authority.
